All shipments are handled by independent, third-party carriers. If an issue occurs after the carrier has received your package, claims must be filed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for custom orders to be processed, shipped, and delivered. This timeline includes production and transit time.
